Core features remain free, including LINE linking and recording by chat in Japan. Support is an optional contribution and has the same features as Free. Plus includes custom reminder timing, Web Push, proactive LINE reminders, and one-tap recording from those reminders for the Japanese service.

You are responsible for internet or mobile data charges. We do not charge additional fees.

Payment timing

• One-time support is charged immediately.
• The monthly plan is charged at signup and renews monthly on the same calendar date.
• The annual plan is charged at signup and renews annually on the same calendar date.

Delivery

Service begins immediately after payment.

Cancellation

Cancel a monthly or annual plan at any time from My page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your support status remains active through the paid period.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable due to the nature of the Service. If the Service was not provided due to our fault, contact us for individual review.
